Fairytale Distillery launches new Summer Gin

We were very excited to hear about the launch of a new gin from what is undoubtedly the most quirky and beautiful Scottish Gin Distillery.

Fairytale Distillery is situated in the North West Scottish Highlands, looking out over Loch Ailsh to Eilean Donan Castle and the Isle of Skye. The distillery is truly magical and lives up to its name! Their new Summer Gin is the 11th in their range, and while it has the classic London Dry characteristic taste of juniper it carries a citrus and mango top note, with a
certain freshness in the palate, which makes it perfect for a refreshing summer G&T!

Thomas, the Master Distiller, aimed to create the perfect Summer G&T by incorporating some special ingredients into the classic London Dry gin components of juniper, citrus and coriander. He will admit to using mango and hibiscus petals but draws the line at telling us more!
