Gin Daisy Cocktail from Ice & Fire Distillery

Browsing our social media feeds, we can’t pass a lovely cocktail recipe. So when we saw this mouth-watering invention from Ice & Fire Distillery – home of Caithness Highland Gin – we asked them if we could share it with our followers. They kindly agreed, so here’s to the Gin Daisy Cocktail!

Ingredients
• ice
• 2 ounces Caithness Highland Gin
• juice from one lemon or lime
• 3 teaspoons grenadine
• sparkling water
• Slice of lemon or lime

Instructions
1. Shake the gin, fresh lemon or lime juice, and grenadine with the ice; then strain (equally) into chilled glasses. Add the sparkling water to fill. Garnish with a lemon or lime slice.
