Tasty decs to brinGIN the festive season!

We gave you our rundown of gin-themed advent calendars. Next in our Christmas Scottish Gin series, we’re breaking out the baubles and crackers with these fun and festive gin-filled decorations.

Gin Crackers

No longer do we have to put up with paper hats, terrible jokes and fortune-telling fish in our Christmas crackers (unless you like them, of course). This year sees a selection of Scottish Gin themed Christmas crackers to adorn your table, or to give as welcome gifts to gin-loving friends.

Rock Rose

With these stunning crackers each containing a miniature 50ml bottle of the wonderful Rock Rose original Gin from the award-winning Dunnet Bay Distillery, we think we’ll be a little bit competitive with our cracker pulling this year! £5 from the Rock Rose website.

Biggar Gin

Each of these lovely Biggar Gin crackers contains a 50cl bottle of their original Scottish Gin, with it’s citrus and spice notes, we think these will be a big hit at the Christmas table (provided you win that is). Each cracker costs £6.50 and you can order them from the Biggar Gin website.

Glaswegin

Hot off the press! We’d expect nothing less than a cracking Christmas from the folk at Glasgow’s Glaswegin. And from tomorrow (21st November) you can pre-order these incredibly cute Christmas crackers with a miniature bottle of their Scottish Gin included. Very limited, so get in early on their website if you want to get your hands on some! They cost £7.50 each.

Ellis Gin Crackers

Wrapping up the gin crackers list – Ellis Gin, a small batch Scottish gin carefully crafted in Glasgow. These delightful silver crackers contain a miniature bottle of Ellis Gin. If you’d like these beauties to grace your table, drop the Ellis Gin team an email and they’ll organise your order: [email protected]

Gin Baubles

If like us at Scottish Gin HQ, you dust off the same old deccies every year for your Christmas tree, it might be time to invest in some new gin-filled fun for Christmas 2019. We doubt these will last to Christmas eve, but you never know! Oh, and these make terrific stocking fillers for grown-ups too!

As well as their lovely Scottish Gin Crackers, the team at Ellis Gin have also released these lovely gin baubles as part of their festive range. Each one is filled with Ellis Gin and they come in clear, blue and red – guaranteed to cheer up any Christmas tree!
