Visit the Port of Leith shed!

With construction of the new and exciting Port of Leith Distillery well underway, the team behind the wonderful Lind & Lime Gin are temporarily housed in a bright blue shed, beside a still inside a small industrial unit in Leith.

This might not sound like the basis of a great tour, but we highly recommend a visit. The Port of Leith Distillery team is celebrating their humble beginnings by offering tours of their stillhouse to gin (and sherry) lovers along with all-important tastings of their produce.

Visitors will be warmly welcomed by the team as they listen about the story behind Lind & Lime Gin, why their Oloroso Sherry is shipped from Spain and the huge future plans for distilling in Leith.

As they listen, visitors will be served sherry, G&T and a couple of signature cocktails. The tastings & tours promise to be eye-opening, tasty and most importantly, a lot of fun.

Tours are held on Thursday evenings and will only run up until Christmas this year, so don’t wait to book your place. They start at 6pm and last 75mins approx. Over 18s only.
