Kinrara Highland Garden

How lovely does this Kinrara Gin cocktail look? It’s one of the cocktails being served to visitors of The Highland Line, Aviemore, during this weekend’s Big Mix Festival in Aviemore.

If you can’t make it along, don’t worry – it’s quite easy to recreate at home:

Take: 50ml Kinrara Highland Dry

20ml Lemon Juice

20ml Elderflower Cordial

50ml Apple Juice

Method: Build in a collins glass over cubed ice. Garnish with a slice of apple.
