Gin cocktails to try for World Gin Day

If you’re celebrating World Gin Day on Saturday 8th June 2019, you might want to mix up one of these delicious gin cocktails, each one made using one of the top five Scottish Gins, as voted for by our members in The Consumer Choice Awards.

In February, we asked you what your favourite Scottish Gin was and thousands of you responded, making this the biggest ever survey of Scottish Gin.

To celebrate the winners, and in time for World Gin Day, we’ve pulled together five very different and delicious Scottish Gin cocktails made using the top five Scottish Gins from the survey. They are:

Harris Gin – The Harris Sipper – long, fruity and sparkling, to celebrate the No.1 favourite Scottish Gin for 2 years running.

Kintyre Gin – The Gin Fizz – made using their delicate pink gin, this is a classy and elegant cocktail.

Redcastle Gin – The Red Snapper – Gin’s answer to the Bloody Mary, and just as good. Perhaps one to enjoy the next day?

The Teasmith Gin – The Ceylon Cooler – Love gin? Love tea? This unique gin cocktail combines the two – not your average cuppa – yum!

Kirkjuvagr Gin – A Red Rose – simple and romantic, even though this Orkney Gin cocktail is easy to prepare, it’s sure to delight your loved ones this World Gin Day, or any day!
