New Ripple Gin – a sweeter ‘grown-up’ Scottish Gin

We were very excited to learn about the upcoming release of new Ripple Gin – the second release by Lundin Distilling, who currently produce the award-winning Gorse Gin in their Fife distillery.

Pleasing on the eye – it is ruby-pink in colour, however, it’s not a ‘flavoured’ gin. Ripple Gin is a full-strength gin and although distiller Iain describes this as a “grown-up, juniper-y” gin, it boasts a sweeter and fruitier flavour with the addition of Scottish strawberries and raspberries post-distillation.

We’re informed that Ripple Gin is perfect in a summer cup or served simply with tonic and whole raspberries.

We’re looking forward to the launch of this new Scottish Gin, which is planned to be available week commencing 20 May – watch this space, we will keep you posted!
