A couple who must know the romantic power of a great gin cocktail is June and Cameron McCann of Stirling Gin. After 25 years of marriage, they launched the incredibly popular Stirling Gin, created using local Stirlingshire nettles.
We asked them if they could provide a cocktail that’s delicious and easy to create for Valentine’s Day and they kindly shared:
The Stirlingtini
- 1pt Stirling Gin
- 1pt Red Cap Raspberry liqueur
- 4 pt pineapple juice.
All vigorously shaken together and poured into a pretty cocktail glass.
