The Gin Thing Pumpkin Fizz
The folks at The Gin Thing have created this very autumnal pumpkin gin cocktail, that we think would be ideal for any bonfire night parties. It’s called The Gin Thing Pumpkin Gin Fizz and the recipe is below:
Here’s what you’ll need:
35ml London dry gin (we use illicit gin, a London dry style gin made in a railway arch in Glasgow)
35ml pumpkin purée
50ml fresh lemon juice
40ml simple syrup
Take all the ingredients, mix in a shaker, strain, serve in a coupe glass and top up with ginger ale and a wee orange curl and there you have it!
