Paul Miller, co-founder of Eden Mill, said:

“We’ve worked incredibly hard to create an informing, exciting and unique visitor experience – and we’re proud to have built Eden Mill into the number one tourist destination in Fife on TripAdvisor.

Enjoying gin is a very personal experience – each visitor we welcome to the distillery has a favourite serve that’s different to the next, so we wanted to design an experience reflecting the spirit of individuality.

Blendworks will provide a unique, multisensory experience where guests are immersed in the whole process, receiving step-by-step advice from our spirit experts to help them create – and name – their individual blend.

We want to use our position at the forefront of the gin renaissance to share our expertise with consumers, and hopefully inspire some new gin aficionados along the way.”
