Wild Island Distillery, is home to the first legal still on Colonsay. Island distiller Chris has worked closely with Rob Dorsett (distiller at Langley) in creating a seasonal botanical series – Distiller’s Cut. This the first in a series of limited edition specials that feature the best in-season flora from the island. The Distiller’s Cut was released in March 2018 and is available to purchase exclusively from their island shop.
The Island editions complement the core range of Wild Island Gin and Wild Island Sacred Tree Gin made at Langley Distillery in Brimingham.
