Whitetail is the first gin to hail from the Isle of Mull and is inspired by the White-tailed eagle which is the UK’s largest bird of prey and nests at Tiroran Forest close to the family-owned brand’s small estate on the south-west side of the Isle.
Like its namesake, Whitetail combines strength and power at 47% abv with a smooth and delicate finish, it is now distilled in its Island home. Botanicals foraged from the small estate include Sea-kelp collected from the shores of Loch Scridain, Calluna Heather and Savoury from the grounds and Pine from the forest where the eagle’s nest.
