Stirling Gin, launched in October 2015 is infused with hand-picked Stirlingshire Nettles, Basil, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Juniper and Angelica Root. This, the core gin forms the base for the other products in the range, and is distilled at the Stirling Distillery, in the Gothic shadow of Stirling Castle, at the foot of its historic walls the locally nicknamed Old Smiddy. The range also has the aptly named Battle Strength Gin, distilled at navy strength and the Folklore Collection inspired by the mythology of Stirling Castle.
