Dunnet Bay Distillers have partnered with NC500 to create the official North Coast 500 Gin. This is a gin fitting of this iconic route around the North Highlands, one of the best coastal trips in the world. Using local fruit to create a fruiter gin with a slightly sweet note, and herbs from Caithness to add a delicate, earthiness to the gin.
