Ize Gin is a Scottish Gin created by Gin Up Ltd in partnership with Deerness Distillery, the word IZE meaning to create, to form to become. Their vision was for a Gin that was versatile yet retaining all the qualities of a Premium Gin, and wanted to add fun and colour and stand out in a crowded bar, but also to stand
out in terms of quality, Featuring distinctive kaffir lime, zesty lemongrass and pink peppercorn distilled with fennel and juniper. Ize Gin tantalizes and refreshes the taste buds.
