Deerness Distillery

Founders Stuart and Adelle designed and constructed Deerness Distillery on the east mainland of Orkney from the ground up with their family, friends and neighbours – adding to the ambition of being uniquely handcrafted.

The entire production process is carried out by hand; from the creation and distilling, to bottling and labelling, ensuring that Deerness Distillery spirits and liqueurs are lovingly crafted at every stage. Now they have their tasting room, shop and tours up and running for visitors.
