Byron’s Gin is multi-layered with traditional juniper enhanced with the local herbs and garden botanicals from the grounds of this boutique, artisan distillery, nestled in the Cairngorm National Park. All botanicals have been selected by Andy Amphlett, County Recorder for the Botanical Society of Britain and Ireland.
