Eden Mill extends Aldi contract

Scottish Gin producer Eden Mill has extended their contract with Aldi to supply more of their range of gins.  Eden Mill founder, Paul Millar says  “The deal with Aldi is a great step forward for our business and, with gin popularity on the rise, we’re looking forward to growing our relationship with Aldi over the coming months to introduce even more shoppers to Scottish craft gin.”

Under the deal, limited edition Eden Mill gins such as its chilli and ginger variety will be available in store for at least a year, while the cocktails are part of a promotion.

Mr Millar says “With the Botanical Project our distillers have created three amazing varieties of gin. These will be on Aldi shelves for at least the next 12 months and we see great potential to extend this in the future.”

Graham Nicolson, group buying director for Aldi in Scotland, said: “Sourcing the best quality Scottish products will always be one of our biggest priorities and we’re focused on increasing our range of Scottish products from 350 to 400 over the next two years.
