Summerhall Distillery is Edinburgh’s first exclusive gin distillery in over 150 years. The Distillery is housed on the site of an old veterinary school and animal hospital known locally as ‘The Dick Vet’. All of Pickering’s Gin is distilled, waxed, bottled and dispatched from the former small animal kennels.

Pickering’s run a number of tours, tastings and gin jollies. Well worth popping in for a look at this unique distillery building as well as a taste of the original Bombay recipe.
