Skye Gin

This is the first gin from the Isle of Skye Brewery inspired by the natural beauty which surrounds the Isle of Skye and 25 years of experience brewing award-winning ales. After three years planning and research the gin felt right: the combination of flavours from our romantic and aromatic botanicals, coupled with the distiller’s skill has delivered The Storr, the initial offering from Skye Gin’s handmade copper still.

Tradition demands that a still should have a name, so this is named “Flora” after Flora MacDonald. Raised on Skye, Flora helped Bonnie Prince Charlie escape across the water to Skye from Uist in 1746.
Every drop of Skye Gin is only ever distilled and bottled by hand in the small village of Uig on the Isle of Skye.
