Housed within Redcastle Brewery, in Carmyllie, our 380L pot still makes their signature Redcastle Gin as well as the base gins for Redcastle Gin Liqueurs.  Soon, they will be making wash in the brewery, from barley grown in the fields surrounding us, and making their own base spirit, taking full control of the supply process.

We can host visitors on site for bespoke gin tastings, BBQs and tours.
