Persie Distillery
It all started with one man’s passion for gin and touring. Simon Fairclough then applied all his tasting and nosing knowledge into opening the Persie Distillery in the former Persie Hotel at the foot of Glenshee, Perthshire.
Hand-made in small batches in a bespoke, 230L copper pot still, the gin is distilled with pure glen water from the local hills. Their three core gins have distinct expressions as they contain carefully chosen botanicals which evoke different emotive and comforting scents.
