Lundin Distilling is based in, Fife. The founder, Iain Brown was inspired by his coastal surroundings, and working in collaboration with a renowned distiller (previously of Sipsmith) produced Lundin Distilling’s signature gin – Gorse Gin, launched locally in 2017.

This small batch gin is the combination of a love for the Fife coast and the science of botanical profiling.
