Inshriach Distillery
The Inshriach Distillery came to fame in 2015 by winning Channel 4’s Shed of the Year and was instrumental in launching a prize winning gin. Now they have a new still, and a new team producing their signature gins.
Inshriach Estate is deep in the Cairngorms National Park and is one of last strongholds of Scottish Juniper, it is an area abundant in interesting and edible botnaicals – all the ingredients for the gin are picked within a few miles of the estate. The distillery runs fascinating Foraging and Gin courses with expert ethno-botanist Susanne Masters.
