The Distillery was founded in 2018, and is built to reflect the Fairytale magic of the surrounding buildings, including a bakery and pizzeria. As gin lovers, the team decided to make their own aromatic gin with the help of 3rd generation botanists. The gin is made on a hand-made still from Austria, aptly named Tinkerbelle, keeping with the fairytale theme.

Tours can be arranged, so you can experience the magical fairytale feeling of Hansel & Gretel meeting Braveheart in the Highlands.
