Esker Spirits
Esker Spirits is Royal Deeside’s first gin distillery and was founded in October 2015 by husband and wife team Steven and Lynne Duthie in Cults, Aberdeen. Many great projects have started in sheds, and Esker was to be no different.
An empty workshop at the bottom of the garden became the first Esker distillery. Esker’s popularity meant that expansion was in order and in early 2017 the distillery set up residence in the Kincardine Estate, also home to its vital botanical – silver birch sap.
