James the owner and distiller of Electric Spirit Co has been making gin in Leith since 2015. With Electric Spirit Co moving into the The Tower Street Stillhouse it will see the production of Achroous grow significantly. The Electric Spirit Co will be sharing the Stillhouse with the Port of Leith Distillery and this is where they will commence production of gin while the main distillery is under construction.
