Eden Mill
The Eden Mill story started with a mission to revive the lost art of distilling and brewing in St Andrews, back in 2012. As Scotland’s first single-site distillery and brewery, making gin, whisky and beer. Eden Mill benefits from the best of local water sources, regionally grown barley and a dynamic, international team with some of the best education and experience the world can offer.
Eden Mill offer a range of tours. As well as the tours offered at Guardbridge, there’s Blendworks ‘a classroom dedicated to flavour’ offering a gin blending masterclass, overlooking the famous 18th Hole of the Old Course, St Andrews. The experience lifts the curtain on the gin making process, giving you the chance to choose your ingredients, determine flavour profiles and make your very own gin – all under the watchful eye of expert Blendworks Tutors.
