Wallhouse Gin

Lorna, the producer behind this gin, was inspired to make gin following a move with her husband and young family to a sheep farm in Torphicen. The recipe was developed over an 18 month period, on an experimental still, before calling on Katie at Blackford Craft Distillery. The final recipe features 10 carefully sourced botanicals, including orange, lemon, liquorice and ground almond.
Wallhouse Gin has good round citrus notes with a classic juniper undertone, and a smooth creamy finish with delicate sweetness from the liquorice.
