This classic Scottish gin is produced to pay homage to the great gin of yesteryear that is “Old Tom”. But this Gin is a little sweeter. The aroma is coriander and lemon. The taste is orange/lemon to start, slowly fading to angelica and liquorice then a smooth juniper flavour to finish.
