No.25 features an exclusive botanical recipe that has been entirely designed and distilled with gin experts from both the hotel and the distillery. It’s so called No.25 as that is the number of The Printing Press Bar and Kitchen, which is one of the five town houses on George Street, Edinburgh that houses the George Hotel, now an InterContinental Hotel (previously part of the Principal Hotel group).
