After twenty-five years of owning pubs and even longer in the drinks industry, Celeste McGinn wanted to create a gin that embodies the spirit of Glasgow. McGin has 8 botanicals: juniper, rosehip, blackberry leaf, angelica root, lemon peel, orange peel, coriander and liquorice. The resulting taste is subtle, and the combination of botanicals allows McGin to be enjoyed by consumer’s however they like it.
