  The Glasgow Gin Story

A Scottish Gin that reflects the true spirit of Glasgow, the team behind Glasgow Gin have worked hard to inject the Glaswegian sense of humour into their branding, but that’s not to say they don’t take the taste of their gin very seriously.

Featuring the iconic Glasgow landmark Wellington statue on the bottle, the gin has become a cult hit with Glaswegians and gin-lovers alike. In order to capture the distinctive Glasgow character, the creators knew it had to be bold and cheeky but also have a soft and sweet side. The result is a unique and exciting gin– fun, fresh and fruity, with a surprisingly soft sweetness and sherbety finish.

Glasgow Gin is distilled in Tradeston in the heart of Glasgow. It’s a proud tribute to the people who inspired it, with every delicious drop capturing the true spirit of the city. In the words of the people of Glasgow, it’s “Pure gallus”.

  Tasting Notes

Nose: Juicy summer berries with just the gentlest hint of mint and basil.

Taste: Zesty lemon, crisp apples and floral notes of blossom and petals. Smooth and sleek, with a lingering tang of berries and sherbet.

The Glasgow Gin team suggest serving the gin with tonic in a tall glass over ice, garnished with a slice of pear or twist of lime (although we’re sneakily dying to try it with Irn Bru)!
