The initial gin release from Foghouse Spirits has been a collaborative process crafted by founder Mike Stuart and perfected at an award-winning Deeside distillery, taking inspiration from classic recipes, time-honoured practices and carefully considered ingredients to handcraft spirits that revive the senses.
Inspired by Mediterranean flavours, the handcrafted expression combines 9 botanicals including the highly sought after wormwood which is prized for its distinctive wonderful aroma. Taking inspiration from classic recipes and carefully considered ingredients, Foghouse Gin delivers notes of rosemary and olive balanced with coriander and cubeb spice.
