Crosskirk Bay Gin is a juniper-led gin with a complex citrus character backing it up.
Distilled overlooking the picturesque Crosskirk Bay in Caithness, Crosskirk Bay Gin is a traditional gin that’s packed with flavour.
It is distilled using16 botanicals, creating a delicate flavour with touches of citrus mixed with deeper pine notes. A slight coastal note, which comes from the Icelandic Moss which, despite the name, actually grows in the Highlands. This is an important component to provide balance to the citrus top note, building the complexity of the gin.
