Seafood & Gin Evening

Join us for an evening of gin and seafood in July.

You’ll be served a delicious cocktail on arrival followed by a 5 course dinner involving gin. We also have a lovely selection of organic wines ranging from £18 – £30 per bottle or £4.50 per glass if you would like to buy some to acompany your meal.

The menu is served by our chef Adam who has worked with seafood his whole chef career including various restaurants in Austrailia and Ondine in Edinburgh. The fish will be sourced from a local fisherman in Eyemouth.

1 – Osters x2 – natural and smoked
2 – Gin cured salmon – Black soda bread and local botanicals.
3 – Shetland mussels – Spiced saffron cream brioche crutons.
4 – Local fish dish dependent on the market with accompaniments.
5 – Set yoghurt – Rhubarb and raspberries and seasonal flowers / herbs (things like honeysuckle, elderflower or even some wild thyme if we can get it!).
