This Innis & Gunn event on Thursday 22nd August is with Borders Distillery which is the first distillery in the Scottish Borders creating Scotch & Gin. Dominic from Borders Distillery will be joining them on the night as he creates 4 delicious Scottish cocktails using William Kerr’s Borders Gin and talks you through the history of the distillery. You’ll then be presented with a delicious Scottish gin-inspired dish to enjoy with the drink.
