Tarbraxus Distillers

From hill to home – Pentland Hills Gin contains botanicals grown on the hills, beautifully bottled for you to enjoy at home. At the heart of the distilling ethos is the desire to sustain the environment from which to take and make the gin. Where possible the team will grow their own botanicals, use water that rises on the land and power the systems through solar and other renewable power supplies.

The aim is to use, or reuse much of the gin making material as possible, for example the tails of the distillation process is used to make soap. The makers also intend to offer a service where you can return your empty etched bottle to them (along with the packaging) and return it to you refilled with Pentland Hills gin.
