Loch Ness Spirits is run by a husband-and-wife team with a passion for premium quality gin. The family has lived and worked in this part of the Highlands since 1520. Inspired by the new wave of artisan gins, especially in Scotland, they decided to distil their own.

Loch Ness Spirits have their own rare native crop of juniper on their doorstep. They use hand-picked botanicals from the banks of Loch Ness and pure local water from a private aquifer on the estate.
