SUMMARY:A night for gin lovers at DINE Edinburgh
DESCRIPTION:As part of their sell-out series of Gourmet Evenings\, DINE have announced a Night for Gin Lovers exclusive culinary event which takes place on Monday 9th September. \nShowcasing the very best of Scottish gin from leading distillers Edinburgh Gin\, Pickeringsand Darnleys\, guests will be treated to a sumptuous three course seasonal menu from the multi-award winning Dine kitchen alongside expertly paired gin cocktails and gin nips. \nAmbassadors and brand reps from each distiller will create an exclusive gin-based cocktail to match each menu course before immersing guests in the brand through a one-off talk. Before each course there is also a gin sample to learn more about the tasting notes. \nGuests will receive a G&T on arrival from the Dine team at 7pm before the ticket-only event commences at 7.30pm. The evening concludes around 10pm where the cocktail lounge will be opened for guests and the gin cocktails made available for just £5 all evening.

DESCRIPTION:In association with EDINBURGH GIN\, we are excited to announce our next Cocktail Club on Monday 22nd May 2017 with a special guest appearance by one of Edinburgh’s highly acclaimed mixologists\, Alessandro Borelli. \nNestled beneath the West End of Edinburgh lies the Edinburgh Gin Distillery\, home to some of the most exquisite Gins on the market. Gin lovers of Edinburgh will need no introduction to this botanical libation. \nOur special guest mixologist Alessandro Borelli is bar manager of the Sheraton Hotel’s One Square Bar. In his spare time\, Alessandro operates a side-bar business as ‘The Travelling Gin Professor’ and attends private functions\, presentations and special events throughout Scotland. \nThe Cocktail Club event starts at 7pm and includes a tasting on arrival followed by three imaginative gin-inspired cocktails. After the event has concluded at 9pm\, all cocktails experienced throughout the evening will be on sale for only £5 each until 11pm. The event is limited to strictly 30 places on a first come basis and can be purchased directly from our website.
